We carry Ring Sizers with free shipping!
You can also use a string to measure around your neck or finger to desired length - for rings, be sure to include room to slide over your knuckle. Measure the string and use this chart to find your size.

All pieces at Crafted By Dawn are
handmade. This means quantities may be limited and slight variations are to be expected and celebrated.
Natural Gemstones used in designs may also slightly vary in size, shape, and colour.
Processing Time
Your order will usually take 3-5 business days to process and be created.
Crafted By Dawn is a one woman show so please note that during holidays, sales, and new product launches your order can take up to 7-10 business days to process and be created.

We use .925 Sterling Silver and 14k Gold Fill.
It is nickel free, classified as
hypoallergenic and
discoloration/reactions are extremely rare, however every person's body chemistry is different and can have different levels of sensitivity to metals.

Curious why your crystals, stones and pearls don't look exactly like the ones pictured?
All of the stones we work with are natural, so no two pieces are exactly the same.
We don’t work with mad made stones because they don’t have the healing properties that natural stones offer.

Redirecting Your Order
Please email info@craftedbydawn.com within 3 day of placing your order if you would like to change the delivery
address. Changing the delivery address may also change the shipping rate.
Once a parcel is dropped off at the post office we are unable to
redirect it.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We have no control over your parcel once it has been shipped. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the courier.

Cancel or Changing Your Order
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of ordering.
Please email your request with your order number to info@craftedbydawn.com.
Returns
We do not accept any returns at this time, we are happy to offer you an exchanges or store credit.
Should you be unsatisfied with your jewelry please contact me right away at info@craftedbydawn.com and we will work together to find a solution.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order (based on tracking number date received).
The customer is responsible for shipping cost and subject to a $5 re-working fee.
All sales are final for Gemstone Rings and discontinued items, they do not qualify for exchanges.
Customs or Duties
Crafted By Dawn is not responsible for perdicting or covering the cost of duties for international orders.
Repairs
Yes! Repairs are complimentary
within 30 days of delivery date.
Please email info@craftedbydawn.com with your
order number, repair request and attach a photo of your jewelry that needs to be repaired.
Complimentary Polishing &
Cleaning is provided for all repairs.
For items that arrives at your door damaged from the mail, the customer will pay shipping back and Crafted By Dawn will cover the shipping to mail the item back
to you once it is fixed. If the item is unfixable the customer will have to
file a claim with the currier.
I Lost an Earring
No problem!
Contact me and I will send you a 50% off coupon to use on that specific pair of earrings.
If you lose an earring that has been discontinued, sold out or from the One Of A Kind section I will not be able to create it's mate.

Where To Store
Keep your jewelry in a dry, air tight space away from light. The bag that your jewelry arrives in is perfect for this! Take extra care around perspiration, chlorine, and other chemicals like lotions or perfumes.
How To Clean
Although we use high quality metals that don't tarnish easily, all precious metals will become dull, dirty, and tarnish over time.
Keep your jewelry looking brand new by cleaning that grime off your pieces by occasionally cleaning your jewelry with warm water and dish
soap, dry with a non- scratching cloth and polish using a jewelry
polishing cloth.
What To Avoid
Although you can wear your jewelry in the water without the having
to worry it will tarnish or turning your finger green, to make your jewelry
last a lifetime try your best to not expose your jewelry to water or humidity (do not store jewelry in bathroom while showering).
Remove jewelry before working out (dumbbells will dent and scratch bands) or sleeping and avoid
storing your jewelry next to other metals or jewelry organizers that contain other base metals.
All of these things will cause your jewelry to oxidize.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost + $5 polishing fee.

How Long Does It Take?
The whole process takes about 10-15 minutes!
How Long Will My Jewelry Last?
Depending on the chain you chose and your lifestyle, your permanent jewelry can last years.
Does It Hurt?
No way! The welder only connects with metal so even if it did touch your skin, you wouldn't feel anything. This process is completely safe & pain free!
What Are My Options?
Currently, we are offering bracelets, anklets and necklaces.
Pick between .925 sterling silver or 14k gold filled, so with proper care they will last for years. We have charms too!
What If I Want To Take It Off Or It Breaks
Though unlikely with daily wear,
these dainty chains are not indestructible so breaking IS possible.
If your permanent jewelry breaks
within the first 6 months, we will re-weld it at no cost to you! Make sure you
keep the chain! For repairs after 6 months there will be $25 re-welding fee.
If you no longer want to wear your permanent jewelry,
it can be removed with a pair of scissors or nail clippers.
If you cut the jump ring where it was welded together
you can hold on to the chain and have it reattached later!
If the chain is broken, not the
jump ring, we may be unable to fix it and you will need to replace it at full
price.
Can I Travel With My Permanent Jewelry?
Yes! Fine jewelry is not required to be removed to pass through security or metal detectors.
What If I Need An MRI?
If you require an MRI or other medical procedure, you can easily remove your Infinity Bracelet by cutting the jump ring. If you currently have a medical condition that requires MRIs or have a scheduled surgery, we do not recommend getting a permanent jewelry.
Can I Wear My Jewelry In The Water?
Absolutely! Our chains are gold filled & sterling silver meaning you can wear your jewelry on any adventure.
If you go in a pool or the ocean, give your jewelry a good rinse in soapy water afterwards.
Is There An Age Requirement?
You must be 12 years or older or accompanied by a parent.
My Bracelet Fell Off And I Lost It!
We’re so sorry to hear that!
Unfortunately, lost bracelets will not be replaced and a new chain will need to be purchased.
Do You Do Parties/Events?
Yes!
Permanent jewelry events are perfect for bridal or birthday parties, celebrating milestones graduations and anniversaries, or just for a fun girls night! Email us at info@craftedbydawn.com to reserve a date for your private party.
We require a 8 item minimum and will bring everything to you! All we need is a table and a well lit space near an outlet.
My Silver Jewelry Has Tarnished, What Do I Do?
Actually, it’s not tarnishing, it’s called oxidation. If your sterling silver bracelet happens to be exposed to sulfur (sometimes present in water) or other chemicals, it may oxidize quickly.
You can brighten your chain by using a soft polishing cloth or try using mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush.
Does Your Jewelry Contain Nickel?
All of our jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic!
