Yes, we ships world wide! Crafted By Dawn DOES NOT cover any custom charges. This possible charge is the customers responsibility.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and created (see processing and created time above), it will be sent via Canada Post. See estimated delivery times at checkout.
* Postal Service may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. I have no control over your parcel once it has been shipped. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact your local Canada Post office.
REDIRECTING YOUR ORDER
Please email info@craftedbydawn.com within 2 day of placing your order if you would like to change the delivery address. Once a parcel is dropped off at the post office I am unable to redirect it.
LOCAL DELIVERY
To help reduce the cost of shipping, I offer local delivery at $6.50 for Azilda, Chelmsford and Sudbury, Ontario!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS STOLEN?
Crafted By Dawn is NOT responsible for stole packages. It is the buyers responsibility to prevent theft once delivered. One way to take extra precautions is to select a shipping option at checkout with a "signature required" option.
